Hi, I’m Meg

Photography, in its quietest language, holds a bridge to the past, carrying emotions once felt, memories once lived, and the beauty of human connection. I intend to preserve these memories in a way that feels like a warm embrace, allowing each photograph to hold a feeling long after the moment has passed, something to be carried through time and eventually become an heirloom.

With a background in Art History and a Fashion Editor, I create imagery with the atmosphere of an old film, grounded in visual storytelling. Beyond art and film, much of my inspiration comes from the quiet beauty of everyday life: the moment sunlight touches the ocean, a soft breeze moving through linen against the skin, a leaf slowly turning as it falls, or the warmth of a cup of hot chocolate on a winter day. I spend much of my life noticing these fleeting moments, and bring that sensibility into my work.

At the heart of my approach is a balance between authenticity and beauty, allowing each story to unfold naturally and effortlessly, while thoughtfully shaping light and composition to preserve what feels real. Through intuition and care, I capture the atmosphere and the warmth of the people within it.

A table with a glass of red wine, a lit candle, and a bottle of wine. In the background, a television shows black and white scenes with subtitles reading 'I'm... I'm cold.'
A park with trees showcasing autumn foliage, yellow leaves on branches and fallen leaves on the ground, near a body of water with a fence in the background.

My works are described as nostalgic, romantic, and cinematic — a soft editorial style with a deep appreciation for light, emotion, and timeless elegance. Ultimately, I want photographs to carry a sense of time: to feel beautiful in the present, yet become more meaningful with the years.

Years of experience have taught me to bring a quiet and grounded presence to every wedding, allowing couples to feel relaxed, cared for, and fully present. Rather than forcing moments into a certain shape, I observe, anticipate, and gently guide when needed, leaving room for what is honest and naturally unfolding.

My work has been featured in Brontë Bride, BLUR, and Moevir.
